Dear Parent / Supporter,

You are cordially invited to our Group Queen's Platinum Celebration Event which is to take place on Sunday 05th June from 12.00 Noon to 3.00pm at Albury Hut.

Activities during the day for you to enjoy include:

• Cream Tea ( backwoods style ) with the Scouts
• Rope Making with the Cubs
• QEII Painted Silhouettes with the Beavers
• Bake off - Beavers, Cubs and Scouts are asked to decorate a cake at home (bought or baked themselves) in the Queen's Celebration theme and bring it to the event for judging at 1.30pm. There will be a prize for the winners in each of the 3 sections plus an overall winner. We will need to know the ingredients just in case we decide to eat it !!.
• Fun Garden Games / competitions at 1.30pm and 2.30pm
• Treasure trail - must be at least one Adult and one child in a team

Also

• Tea, Coffee and Squash will be available
• We are running a shuttle service with our minibus for those who need assistance up the drive
• Uniformed members who attend this event will be awarded their special commemorative badge
• We would like uniform members to invite a friend
